I want Outlook to send me a txt message 15 minutes before a meeting, but only if I'm not sitting at my desk (like when the screensaver comes on or something). I frequently get pulled away from my desk and miss meeting reminders and I have no short term memory. If I'm sitting at the desk, no text message should be sent. I don't want a Blackberry or Treo - I don't want to be that connected to work or have to carry a clunky device.
udar: this is very easy to do with Visual Studio tools for outlook. Are you allowed to install the .net framework in your environment?
